Welcome to Clarifyad. By creating a sandbox workspace, linking social ad accounts, or uploading design assets to our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Scope & Platform Access
Clarifyad grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use our web-based ad scoring models, central file workspaces, competitor crawlers, and reporting portals. You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded materials comply with local advertising guidelines.
2. Workspace Ownership
You maintain full intellectual property rights and creative ownership over all ad layouts, video hooks, logos, and copywriting uploaded to your secure workspace. Clarifyad does not claim ownership or distribute your pre-launch variations to third parties.
3. Subscription Billing & Refund SLA
Free trials remain active for exactly 14 calendar days, after which subscriptions convert automatically to your selected monthly or annual tier. Users may cancel memberships in dashboard settings at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.
